MARK BYRON
Mark first received authority to provide investment advice in March 2005 from “Financial Services Partners”. He joined “O.S. Financial Planners” in March 2007. He also holds authorisation as a “Tax (Financial) Adviser”.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and has also completed a Bachelor of Business (Enterprise Development) with La Trobe University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and therefore committed to upholding the values and principles of their Code of Conduct and Ethical Charter as well as the FASEA Code of Ethics.
Mark was born and raised in Echuca prior to relocating to Wodonga to attend University and subsequently enter the workforce. He enjoys playing golf but is otherwise kept busy with his young family.

Paul first received authority to provide investment advice in 1991 from Commonwealth Management Services Ltd, a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank. In May 1996 Paul was employed by Overman Richardson Pty Ltd until July 2003 when he joined with Charles Overman to form the Partnership of Overman Shay. In March 2009 the partnership transitioned into the company Chinsha Pty Ltd trading as O.S. Financial Planning (formerly Overman Shay). He also holds authorisation as a Tax (Financial) Adviser.
He holds a Certificate in Business Studies (Banking) and a Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip FP)). He has been granted the status of “Certified Financial Planner” (CFP) by the Financial Planning Association of Australia Ltd (FPA) and is therefore committed to upholding the values and principles of their Code of Conduct and Ethical Charter as well as the FASEA Code of Ethics.
Paul moved to Albury-Wodonga in 1989. He is kept busy in operating the business and assisting his family. He has formerly held voluntary positions including; Secretary of the FPA Albury-Wodonga Chapter (4 years), Chairman of the Catholic College of Wodonga Finance Committee (6 years) and Member of the Albury Wodonga Corporation Land Disposal Committee (5 years).
